Two new crocuses have come out early in Lewis' backyard. Spring has finally arrived.

Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis

We walked around the neighborhood of the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis one day before heading to have sushi one evening to celebrate my acceptance to Methodist Hospital for my residency (Yeah!!). Well, we saw some people standing in the balcony of the theater. Lewis told me that we had to pay to go to the balcony. But guess what? As it turned out, IT's open to public for FREE!!!! He had never gone up there or in it to find out.... Sigh.... Well, Ruby is far more adventurous. That's how we discovered this beautiful building lined with mirrors along the balcony.

Here in Minnesota, we ice-skate outdoor! :)

This is Lake of the Isles. It was cold, probably around 10 degrees F. But we dressed well, then it was fun.

Lewis and I went back to Lake Calhoun the following week because we had so much fun last time. But this time we decided to walk across the frozen lake. Guess what we went into? A guy cycling on the lake! And someone drilling a hole to ice-fish.... Very noisy. :(

Lewis and I went to explore the frozen Lake Calhoun together for the first time. We walked around and were amazed by the beauty of the ice. During the exploration, I discovered an area of the frozen lake that is perfectly smooth. To show you that, I did a funny walk :) Lewis also took a video and some pics of the beautiful lake.
